Cattery Information

Our Cattery accommodation units have secure, comfortable, heated sleeping compartments and individual runs where cats can stretch their legs, sunbathe and observe what else is happening in the cattery.

We have various size accommodation units, large enough to accommodate up to four cats, so larger families may be boarded together. Please remember to book early if you require one of the larger units as they are limited.

We provide feeding and drinking bowls, bedding, litter tray and litter.
We feed all visiting cats with top quality complete diet wet and dry cat food.
We can supply alternative food at a small extra charge.
If your cat requires a specialist diet we would ask you to supply sufficient food for the duration of their stay.
We can assure you that no matter how long your cat is here to stay with us we will take good care of him or her.
All cats staying with us are covered by our own “Petplan” insurance for any problems that may occur during their stay. In the event of a problem, your pet will be taken immediately to the vet. We have arrangements with Blue House Veterinary Practice, whom we entrust with all of our own pets. However if you would prefer your cat to be seen by her own vet this can be arranged.
Please note. Our insurance will not cover any pre-existing problems that your cat may have.

Collection & Delivery Service
For people on a tight schedule, We offer a collection and delivery service. We can collect your cat from your home at a time that suits you and your busy schedule. Please try to ensure your cat has not eaten two hours prior to collection. We will feed your cat on arrival at the cattery if necessary.
See price list for fees.

IMPORTANT
Please ensure that your cats vaccinations are up to date.
Cats will not be accepted for boarding unless they have been vaccinated within the last 12 months.
Without current vaccinations your cat will be unable to stay with us.

Cats should ideally be micro chipped to ensure that their vaccination card belongs to them.

Owners are advised that, for some cats, being away from home can be a stressful experience. Although we will do all we can to help cats settle into their holiday environment it may be possible that they demonstrate some temporary changes in their behaviour and demeanour.
